Formed in 2009 by students at the University of Cumbria in Carlisle, UniSun have grown at an unbelievable rate over the last 14 years. From just one Men's Sunday team we now have adult teams playing in the Cumberland County League Premier Division, Carlisle City Sunday League Premier Division and Cumbria Veterans League. Our junior teams go from U8 to U15 and we have girls teams at U13 and U14.

For the 23/24 season we are also adding UniSun Athletic Social to the family, a new Sunday League team which has one aim - to improve the mental health of the men who play for the team. Supported by several local businesses and mental health charities this pioneering project is an embodiment of the club's ethos of 'football for everyone'.
