Formed in 2020 during the height of the Covid 19 pandemic.

The club grew out of sporting sandwell fc during the 2020 season, we pride ourselves on providing a safe, family orientated environment for our players and supporters, Nechells Athletic FC is based on equality and inclusiveness, players from all creeds and backgrounds are welcome, this is clearly represented in the make up of the squad, what bonds us is hard work, dedication and supporting each other on and off the pitch. Our ultimate mission is success on the football pitch but we also aim to entertain and serve the community in Nechells and wider Birmingham, we look forward to working with local community groups and hope we can make a positive contribution to the area.
