National Affinity Cup

About the club

The National Affinity Cup is the brainchild of two UK charity football teams, Nightingale FC who support the NHS Charities Together Campaign and Essex Charity FC who support various charities nationwide including, MIND, Cancer Research plus more.

For too long now charity football has gone completely under the radar with many teams up and down the country not being given the exposure or recognition they so rightly deserve for the countless, tireless and voluntary hours that are put in to raising funds for vital charities through the love of the game, We at The National Affinity Cup want to change that!

The National Affinity Cup is a tournament run in a similar fashion to the traditional FA Cup. It will see Charity Teams and organisations from around the UK come together to compete in a friendly yet competitive environment with one main aim, to raise as much money as we can whist promoting togetherness, unity and equality.

The tournament itself has seen a major rise since launch with the backing of 6 businesses who believe in the ethos and the objectives. Those businesses will not only provide prizes to the eventual finalists but also services to the project so we can ensure charity football remains a focal point in grassroots football.

We are also proud to say that we have our very own ambassador being Sky Sports presenter Tom White.
