MH BLUE LION FC were formed in 2016 by Tom Hirons and Grace Sellars. They have since been joined by Andy Robson as club owners.

The team originally played at The Cow Paddle in Lincoln before moving on to Yarborough Leisure Centre and then to their current home pitch on The King George Playing Field off Macaulay Drive.

The MH was added to the club name in memory of former player Mike Hull. His number nine shirt was also retired as a mark of respect.

Current squad players not only reside in Lincoln, but also from nearby towns such as North Hykeham and Sleaford. One player even travels from Derby to play for the team.
