Energise Football Club

About the club

Energise Football Club is here to transform lives through football giving young people opportunity to release their full potential and to be a light in their community learning life skills which they can take with them as a professional footballer, school life, and higher education. Energise is Christian organisation accepting players of all faiths.

We have FA and UEFA accredited coaches who lead our under 14 team which plays in the London County Saturday Youth Football League and run our Cubs programme, which provides Saturday football sessions for children aged 6 to 10.

In 2009, Fabian Baynes started the program in Norbury Park, south London. Due to the success of the programme, Energise FC now has 6 volunteer staff members and growing. Football training sessions are held every Thursday evening and match days take place on Saturdays.

Every year each age group is taken to tournaments around England which helps them to test their abilities in a real competitive game and gives the players a chance to assess what they have learned from Saturday training and takes them out of their comfort zone (out of London).

Energise Football Club was established in 2009 as an extension of Grace Assembly Youth Ministry and part of the Community Programme in Norbury.

Grace Assembly is a Charity - Charity Number: 1139873.
